Teri Wilder

Teri Wilder is a professional singer, songwriter, actress, and voice-over talent. She spent 11 years on the air in Kansas City radio, and her voice has been heard nationwide on radio and TV spots, as well as being the original voicemail voice on Sprint ("You have one new message"). She believes she was quite smart to move to San Diego (a.k.a., Paradise) in November of 2011, and can't imagine why anyone would want to live anywhere else!

Jeff Gelder

Jeff Gelder is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico and has been a resident of San Diego since 1987. Jeff is an on and off camera professional and owner of GelderHead Productions where he voices both local and national commercials, documentaries and audio books regularly. www.GelderHead.com

A voice pro for 20 plus years, Jeff is also a part of the 96.5 KyXy on-air team. In his spare time Jeff heads a non-profit called, Children's Holiday Magic Project, that produces and delivers a new CD each year titled Holiday Magic, A Gift for Children of All Ages, to kids who must spend their holidays in Children's Hospitals worldwide. 2012 is the 10th edition of the CD project! www.HolidayMagicCD.org

Lenny B

Lenny B is the host of the "More Music Morning Show" Monday - Friday, 6am - 9am, where our listeners enjoy upbeat music on their way to work.

A native San Diegan, Lenny B began his radio career with 98.1 Smooth FM 17 years ago while still in college at San Diego State University. In 1995, he landed the job as producer of the station's morning show. Since then, he's worked in several different radio formats, enjoying success in each.

As a seasoned copy-writer, he currently writes, produces, and voices commercials, and is responsible for station imaging - creating the sound that makes 98.1 Smooth FM unique.

Lenny makes sure to leave enough time for his true passion - his music. He's a professional musician and jingle writer.

John Flintoni

I was born John Flintoni, son of John and Bonnie Flintoni, grandson of Benjamin and Madeline Ginnini and Guisseppi and Maguerite Flintoni. We lived in suburban Chicago. My father was raised with a strict work ethic and tried to instill the same traits in his children. He did a great job. My older sister is a judge in Minnesota. My younger sister is the Vice President of Sales for a major radio company in New York. I'm a D.J. Sorry Dad. My report cards always said, "John does not work up to his potential" or "John has trouble concentrating in class." Those comments today gets a kid on prescription medication. I just got grounded a lot.

In high school I did the sports thing...did the theater thing...did the stay home on Friday night thing. I listened to a lot of music...some good, most not.

I started college an aspiring law enforcement major. That lasted a semester. Business major - 2 semesters. A friend of mine told me he was going to try and get a job at our school's radio station. I didn't even know we had a station and had always wanted to see what a radio station looked like, so I tagged along. That was it. I was destined to work every weekend, holiday and overnight for the next 2 years. But I knew I finally found a place I belonged.

I met an awesome, super-hot woman in college who decided, of all things, to marry me. I have two spectacular daughters that stop my heart multiple times every day.

I also love living and raising my children in San Diego! I love working with Tammy Lee. I really love my job. Thank you for letting me do what I do.

Tammy Lee

I was a very creative child and my sisters and I made "radio" tapes as kids...the news, sports, even our own commercials. What I wouldn't give to find one now. My Step-Dad is in radio and I guess as much as I ran from it, I ended up coming around to the idea it was in my blood to do this. Either that, or like my Dad says, "You might as well get paid to talk since you never shut up!" That is a true story because my Dad often paid me $20 not to talk for 20 minutes. I should have kept that up - It was good money.

My husband and I have 5 children between us, 3 are grown and 2 are still at home, yet our house still is very loud. With the kids already making messes on the carpet, we thought it would be fun to add pets to the mix: Our cat Star and our adopted greyhound Jolee.

I happen to be married to MacGyver. He can catch a mean Walleye, takes the kids to school, makes the BEST chicken marsala, blows up stuff in the backyard in July, fixes the car, remodels the house, scrubs the tub, helps the kids with homework, builds furniture, and designs and then makes many of my clothes! Yeah, he's a keeper.

Before coming to San Diego, I worked in radio in Madison, Wisconsin since 1992, with two years spent in Tucson AZ. After Arizona, I knew I would come back where the sun shines more than 6 months of the year! I really love it here and I hope I get the chance to meet you out and about! And just a warning, I am a hugger!

Steven "Woodsy" Woods

Steven "Woodsy" Woods is the host of the FM 94/9 Morning Show. He can be heard from 5:30-9:00 AM M-F. He is a native Texan, but after spending 3 years in San Diego, he no longer claims Texas. He and his wife Jamie live in Encinitas where he stays busy treating his heartburn, napping, playing guitar, and tending to his seven dogs.
