Code Enforcement Office Hours The Crossroads Redevelopment Project Area is funding a position in the Neighborhood Code Compliance Department. This effects our Business District. The NCCD reporesentative for this area holds free office hours at the BID every other Thursday. If you have any questions about Code Enforcement or the Municipal Code, come by the office (4704 College Ave) between the hours of 9am – 1pm on the following Thursday's: September 9 September 23 October 7 October 21
